WHO WE ARE
Glow Girls Club CIC was founded in 2025 as a community interest company to empower
girls and young women aged 11–21. Based in Beckenham with reach across London and
nationally through digital delivery, our mission is to provide safe spaces, mentoring, and
skills-building opportunities that enable young women to thrive in education,
employment, and personal life.
The CIC reinvests all profits back into community benefit under its asset lock.
Founder Background
The CIC is led by Shamayne, who brings over 10 years of experience in project
management, business analysis, contact centre leadership, and women’s
empowerment work. She previously founded a women’s empowerment initiative in
Zimbabwe and has supported individuals in CV writing, employment support, housing
advice, and wellbeing coaching. Her professional journey spans healthcare, leisure,
electrotechnical, and corporate industries, with a track record of mentoring women and
young people to reach their potential.
